Fire and Ice

So my friends work for Zendesk, and I am lucky enough to be their plus one to their annual holiday party.  You may think I’m exaggerating when I say this is the best fucking party I’ve ever been too, but I am not.  This year they rented out the entire Orpheum Theater to commit to their theme of Fire and Ice, decked it out in fake snow and ice sculptures, and then the main theater area was lit in red and had thrones on the stage.  There was delicious catered food, themed beverages and an open bar, a DJ, karaoke, fire dancers, slow-mo booth, photo booths, and just an amazing time.

This was a fancy event, where you were able to come as you were most comfortable.  If you wanted to rock a suit and tie, full body paint (which someone did), or just have some jeans and a t-shirt you could! I chose this dress because it was perfect. It was sexy and sophisticated with a more covered top, and a perfect slit. When I walked my whole thigh would pop out. For this shoot I did switch the shoes, because the actual pair I wore, the heel snapped off late in the night. Since the dress was the whole center of the look I went for a dramatic red lip, some subtle eye makeup and let my curves do the talking.  Best part of the dress, it was $12 at a thrift store.

What are your holiday party plans? And what look are you going to rock?
