Pitchfork’s Sexiest

What I love about Pitchfork Music Festival is that I go in knowing about half of the bands and artists who are performing.  The festival is divided by three stages, Green, Red, and Blue.  Usually about two stage will be staggered so in theory one person would be able to see every single act, but the Blue stage is notoriously behind so this never works out like you’d want it. I then choose stages based on recommendations from other festival goers or the short artist profiles provided in the Pitchfork App for any time slots I didn’t have “must-see” people.  As I was able to discover some new artists I decided to create a special playlist for you all.  Maybe some of these will spark a newfound interest in some fantastic artists.  A quick plug for the people who floored me that you should listen to even if you don’t listen to the whole list:  Anderson.Paak, Moses Sumney, NAO, Mick Jenkins, Empress Of, and Savages.  So enjoy and get frisky with this special edition of Playlists to Get Down and Dirty To: Pitchfork’s Sexiest.
