Dusk in Okinawa

Thank you Katie for this amazing gift from like a year ago.  I’ve been dying to style this because I’m in love with kimonos.  This is actually a vintage kimono from Japan that was cropped, meaning the it’s not a cheap piece of crap from Forever 21.  It’s a heavier fabric, and shimmers in the sun, making it a great piece for sunny weather because it stands out immediately.

So, you may be asking yourselves, why aren’t you wearing pants Saba?  It’s because I don’t have to and I don’t want to and it’s bloody hot outside.  I’m rocking my Black Milk Clothing bodysuit, which is a statement in itself, and I always hate wearing bottoms over it because it takes away from the artwork.  To add to the rather sparesely clothed look I wore my sparkly wedges, a bolo tie, and the Gerard Cosmetics shade of lipstick in Knight Rider to match the kimono.  This is a great festival look in my opinion, breezy, easy to pee in, and gets your legs that nice even tan.

If I am not super active on social media it is because this week is extra super exciting because my baby brother is coming home from Prague!  Tonight!  Not only that my my older brother and his fiance are coming along with her parents tomorrow.  So it’s a whirlwind of a time.  I’m excited to tell you all about it!
